Home & Soil Assessment

Our engineers will arrive at your home on the arranged day and on time to examine the affected area and ascertain the root cause of the problem. We will then discuss the remediation work and provide a complete explanation of our processes and methodology.

Underpinning Quote

On completing the assessment, we draw upon a Scope of Work whilst we are onsite. We will send you a digital quote for your approval.

Schedule The Repair

Once you have approved the quote and put on the required deposit to book the job for underpinning Ballarat, we will schedule a repair date that is most convenient for you.

The next step is to lift the house to the desired height. We then concrete the foundation at the desired height, locking it firmly into the screw piles.

Property Clean Up

We return to your place once the concrete has been set to confirm the level of the house. We remove all the equipment and clean up the entire site. We perform an exit meeting for you to review the work and ensure you are happy with the end result.

Completion Report

We provide you with a completion report that includes all the details of the work and also the Form 16 Inspection Certificate. It ensures you have a record of the work carried out if you wish to sell your property in the future.
